I have over 20 years of experience working in leadership, social service agencies, with youth who are homeless, and team development. Your spiritual growth and transformation are a passion of mine. I am confident that what is deepest in you is good. By meeting with a Spiritual Director you will learn this truth and be transformed into the person you were always meant to be.

Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction is a life practice that helps a person connect their spiritual life with their everyday world. This happens through intentionally slowing down to have a conversation about the joys and challenges of life. There are no easy answers, no quick fixes, and no formulas. Time is filled with sharing, questions, silence, and listening.

Individual Spiritual Direction

One on One Session ​

  • Appointment Length: 60 to 90 Minutes

  • Session Rate: $100 

  • Accepting In-person or Virtual Appointments 

   

Group Spiritual Direction

For Small/Life Groups wanting a fresh way to live life together

  •    Group Size: 10 or less

  •    Appointment Length: 90 to 120 minutes

  •    Session Rate:  $75 per person ​

  •    Accepting In-person or Virtual Appointments

Spiritual Exercises in Everyday Life (SEEL)

The Spiritual Exercises in Everyday Life (SEEL) was designed by St. Ignatius of Loyola, founder of the Society of Jesus. SEEL invites everyone into a deeper trust of God's love for them and into greater freedom when engaging the world.

Format

  • 9-month (September – May) Guided Prayer/Meditation

  • Individual Weekly prayer and refection

  • Monthly Group Sessions

  • Individual Spiritual Direction Sessions 

 

Cost: $1200 ($100 per month)

Material Cost: $35 (one time fee)

Experience God's Love

This is a 6 week self-guided meditation on God’s love for you.

Format

  • 6 Week Self-guided Meditation

  • Group Meeting at Beginning and End of Series

  • Individual Spiritual Direction Session at Mid-point of Series

  • Weekly Group Meetings (Optional)

  • Takes Place 3 times a Year

    • February

    • May

    • October ​

Enneagram

The Enneagram is a personality system that describes nine different patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting. By discovering your Enneagram personality type, you will learn more about yourself and how to relate to others in healthier ways.
